With its compact shape and planing hull, the PAPENOO is the ideal to build up speed and ease the transition to the flying phase.
As a SUP to foil over the waves, or as a windfoil board to fly with boom in your hands,
the PAPENOO is ready for any challenge! It is also perfect to learn how to foil behind a boat.
Starting from a stand-up position is much easier than having to deal with
the water start.
All it takes is wait for the boat to reach the right speed and then trigger the flight!

Technical Specifications

SHAPE
The compact shape naturally provides the right balance over the foil and makes it more maneuverable in flight. Its wide outline at the tail provides enough volume to be in the right position for lift off and the wide width creates plenty of stability. The rocker is fast with a deep single concave to emphasize the speed. The bottom of the board features the twin track system with two additional M6 inserts at the front. Fasten the front holes of the foil top plate into the two M6 inserts for SUP foiling and move the foil to the back of the tracks for wind foiling . Equipped with inserts for 4 foot-straps and a mast track, the board can also be used as a normal windsurf board for light wind wave riding.

CONSTRUCTION
The PAPENOO WINDFOIL convertible is further reinforced on deck and
around the foot-straps: the whole area running from the mast track to the foil
insert is strengthened by DOUBLE BAMBOO reinforcement.

BAMBOO DECK VERSION
The BAMBOO DECK construction has been proven for many years of production and offers a weight to resistance ratio with great reliability. The deck features a 2nd layer of bamboo to provide a tough impact and crushing resistance while the many layers of reinforcement on the bottom ensures solid strength.

ON THE WATER
Our team already knew the feeling of foiling with a kite but the first windsurfing tests brought in some new sensations! The sensations are totally new and absolutely gripping. Surfing the waves or a non-breaking swell up on a foil is truly magical. In windsurf mode everything becomes so silent and so smooth. The efficiency of the foil in light winds is a real advantage as it becomes possible to use a much smaller rig for a given wind strength.
The PAPENOO truly is an incredible & extremely versatile board, proving excellent in so many different disciplines: SUP, Windsurf, Supfoil & Windfoil!

  • BAMBOO DECK

    Using a layer of bamboo only on the deck, this construction has been optimized to guarantee the board is as light as possible, all while ensuring strength and durability as well.
  • BAMBOO Sandwich technology

    Our SUP boards benefit from the BAMBOO SANDWICH TECHNOLOGY construction. Every layer of bamboo is sandwiched between two layers of fiberglass or between a layer of carbon. This allows the sandwich technology to emphasize the characteristics of the bamboo. The final result is a light structure that is super strong and extremely reliable.
  • DEEP KF-BOX

    F-ONE kitefoils are equipped with the fully conical Deep KF-BOX.
    Its shape makes it easy to connect and fits well with the thickness of the kite boards due to its moderate height. The Deep KF-BOX offers a perfect, tight support.
  • TWIN-TRACKS

    The twin-tracks system with a lateral spacing of 90mm is one of the standards in the industry.

    The system is compatible with all foils featuring a top plate with four fastening bolts. The length of the tracks leaves some room to adjust the position of the foil on the board to help everyone reach their preferred balance.

  • SMART HANDLE

    Featured on the whole F-ONE SUP hard boards range:
    the innovative and multifunction handle developed by F-ONE.

    The SMART HANDLE includes the following features :

    1 – Decompression valve
    2 – Multifunction tool compartment
    3 – Recessed volume
    4 – Screwdriver head
    – Allen key

    More comfortable with advanced ergonomics, it is completely recessed and makes it easier to carry the SUP. The new handle helps a lot to grab the boards easily when lying flat on the ground or on the water.

    A groove has been added onto the thread of the valve so that you only have to unscrew by a few turns to let the air out. No need to unscrew it completely and therefore no risk to lose it.

    The handle already includes the screw for the decompression valve (1).
    A specific multifunction tool has been created and fits neatly into the handle (2).

    The top part of the tool was designed to serve as a screwdriver to open or close the decompression valve.

    To prevent from oversight and to make sure the decompression valve is always closed when the SUP is in the water, a reminder has been included: you cannot fit the tool back into its place nor can you carry the board if you haven’t closed the decompression valve. Furthermore, the tool finds itself clipped on in this position. This was made to ensure the board can be transported without losing the tool. You therefore don’t have to look for the last place where you left the tool and can be sure that anyone grabbing your board will notice that the valve is not shut.
